Booking Conditions
In general, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Association of Accommodation Establishments are deemed to be agreed upon when making a booking.
The local tourism tax is charged on-site upon arrival and applies per person aged 15 and over, per night.
General Cancellation Conditions
The following cancellation conditions apply:
-More than 3 months before arrival: Processing fee of 25,00 € (applies to all stays with an arrival date from 26 December 2026)
-3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
-1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
-In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
-On the day of arrival or in case of early departure: 100% of the total price
Depending on when the cancellation occurs, a certain percentage of the total amount will be due – as shown in the overview above.
Cancellation Insurance:
From experience, we know that, despite all the excitement about your booked vacation, something can always come up at short notice.
